Incident affecting Play Billing Purchases

Incident began at 2024-11-12 19:56 and ended at 2024-11-15 02:45 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Nov 14, 2024 8:00 PM UTC We have identified the issue and are working on a resolution for all impacted users. The affected users are able to access Play Billing Purchases, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

The issue was identified as occurring for users who have pre-registered for app access between November 6th and 13th.

Users can clear their local cache as a temporary workaround
